Privately Funded Grants
The organization offers a series of privately funded Homeowner Assistance Grants for eligible homeowners who are behind on their monthly payments and in need of assistance to prevent the foreclosure of their home. Whether homeowners want to keep or sell their home, these privately funded grants provide critical access to assistance, resources, legal services and monetary options at no cost to homeowners. Properties must be located within the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and Westchester.

For Religious organizations we also offer a Community Outreach Grant. We highly recommend speaking with a Homeowner Advocate who will help you decide which grant(s) you should apply for to best suit your needs. You can speak with a Homeowner Advocate by calling +1-347-417-3190. Grant applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Most applications receive a decision in 24 hours or less. Funding and eligibility are limited. Not all homeowners are eligible.*
